As we process your order, it will go though several steps (or statuses). We will keep you notified of your order progress through each step. You will be able to login our website and keep track of the order as we process it. To login to our site, go to the Sign In
page and enter in your username and password.
Step One (Status - Received) -
We will be reviewing your order shortly.
Step Two (Status - Accepted) -
If you have requested for us to create the artwork design for your order, we will review your instructions and get you a proof ASAP. If you have uploaded artwork, we will review the artwork that you have submitted for your order to make sure that it meets the necessary printing standards. If your artwork does not meet those standards, we will let you know prior to production of your order. We have a graphic artist on hand that can work with you if any revisions are needed.
Step Three (Status - Proof Ready) -
Once we confirm your artwork, we will send you an email proof with the artwork on the product so that you can review how the imprinted product would appear. You will be able to view and approve the proof from our website or by email.
Step Four (Status - Pending) -
Once you accept the proof, we will send you an invoice, which you can conveniently pay with your a credit card. We must receive the payment in full to proceed with the production of your order.
Step Five (Status - In Production) -
Once we confirm your payment for the order, well will then process and fulfill your order. The production time can vary depending the type of product and the quantity ordered.
Step Six (Status - Shipped) -
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with UPS tracking information.
